Database testing framework renamed to DBTestUnit

As of Feb 2011- the ‘Database Testing Framework’ has been renamed to ‘DBTestUnit’.

A number of changes have been made to reflect this name change:

• The URL to download the testing framework from SourgeForge is now: http://sourceforge.net/projects/dbtestunit/files/
• A new blog site – http://dbtestunit.wordpress.com – has been specifically created for DBTestUnit and database testing related content. Existing content has been copied from here and can now be accessed via the new site.
• A new version of the testing framework – 0.4.0.428_DBTestUnit.zip – has been released to reflect the name change. Go to the new DBTestUnit blog site for more details on this.

There have been a number of blogs around the database unit testing space that are worth looking at.

It is good to see this database unit testing getting some traction out there.
